FFT Tape Solutions GmbH, based in Salzburg, has been serving its customers in Austria and neighbouring Eastern European countries (HU, CZ, BK, SI, RO) since 2008.

First of all: our motivation is fuelled by the fascination of everything that can be done with adhesives. From extremely low-strength adhesives that can be removed without leaving any residue through to strengths that bond different materials together forever, there is a huge delta of solutions.

Our focus is on technically demanding applications for polyimide, PTFE (also known colloquially as Teflon), UHMWPE and glass fibre adhesive tapes. These adhesive tapes are primarily used in electronics applications (e.g. FPC, printed circuit boards, components) and in high-temperature applications, as well as applications in which abrasion resistance and chemical resistance (e.g. solvent resistance) are a must.

We are equally committed to advising you on the choice of double-sided adhesive tapes for the permanent bonding of a wide range of materials as well as challenging, low-energy surfaces.

Splicing tapes with and without water-soluble adhesive systems (repulpability) for reliable printing processes (paper, composite materials, plastic films) have been part of our expertise in the printing and packaging industry for decades.

We also supply masking tapes for surface treatment by plasma and sand blasting or coating processes (electroplating, powder coating).

Another focus is our more than 30 years of expertise in the application-specific selection of surface protection films for aluminium and steel processors (deep drawing, bending, embossing, punching, edging), as well as for plastic materials such as ABS, PC, PMMA (injection moulded parts, thermoforming), wood, glass and textile surfaces.

For us, tape customisation does not just mean that we tailor adhesive tapes and/or protective films to your products. Our selection process also includes an understanding of and interest in your manufacturing processes. The result of our work is therefore not only the right product, but also the delivery format customised to your individual processing methods. As part of the FFT Group, we supply everything from roll widths and running lengths, sheets and cross-wound reels to die-cut parts. We also support you with recommendations for technical auxiliary equipment (including automation) for inline integration into your existing process or for manual processing.
